Can I bathe with the jewellery on?

We recommend not to as it may cause discolouring, as this is only fashion jewellery.

How can I protect my jewellery?

Keep away from water, perfume, body lotion, hair products or any other chemicals as this may cause discolouring/damage.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to hygiene reason, we won’t be able to accept any returns or exchanges. Any returns or exchanges that may be accepted, is up to myself due to circumstances regarding the return/exchange. Please read all descriptions on the product you are purchasing before completing your order to make sure you are happy before finalising the sale.

What material is used to make the jewellery?

All jewellery is made with Stainless Steel, 925 Sterling Silver and 18k Gold Plated.

We are an independent brand which started in 2021.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Due to our clearance of stock, all deliveries will be £3.50. However, all orders over £50 will be entitled to FREE DELIVERY.

I’ve placed my order, how long will it take for delivery?

We aim to dispatch your items within 3-7 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

I've placed an order but haven't had a confirmation email

Confirmation emails are sent out automatically once you've placed your order. Please check your 'JUNK' inbox to see if it has been delivered into there. You will then receive a separate email confirming your tracking number once your order has been posted.

I don’t live in the UK. Can I order?

Yes. We offer International Shipping for all our NON-UK customers.
